So was it an effective platform to reach students, as compared to having them all sit physically in a classroom?
“Actually, it seemed a bit magical, because you sit in your own room and you get to make up stories with strangers and learn new writing techniques. Right from the start, there was a sense of shared culture because everyone was comfortably chatting in SMS/internet lingo.”
Don intends to continue with this “magical” interaction with a few more workshops during the June holidays, focusing on the craft of writing.
